Exchanges Policy

Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery for:

  • Size or variant issues
  • Defective or damaged items

The product must meet the same conditions as outlined in our Returns Policy.

Exchange Process

  1. Contact customer support with your exchange request
  2. Return the original item following the provided instructions
  3. Replacement item will be dispatched after the returned item passes inspection

Availability

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered instead.
