Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
- The product is defective or damaged upon delivery
- Incorrect product received
- Order cancelled before shipment
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
Non-Refundable Items
- Used or damaged products not due to our error
- Products purchased during clearance or sale (unless defective)
- Gift cards or downloadable/digital products
Refund Process
Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
